One of the largest challenges beyond educating all of Columbus on the potential benefits of the Columbus Streetcar system is showing the amount of support that has been slowly growing since the initiative was first announced in early 2006.

Given the fact that, to the general public, it may appear that the streetcars will serve and benefit only a small portion of Columbus, it is our job to gather up the citizens that support the streetcar initiative as a starting point and then, as a unified team, move to actively educate and answer the general public on what the benefits for the whole city will be.

This section of the Citizen Support Site for Columbus Streetcars will be consolidating an ongoing list of both organizations and individual citizens who have publicly endorsed proceeding with the next steps to be taken towards bringing steetcars to Columbus.
