This task will include the completion of preliminary design of the system, including the hard engineering such as survey, track alignment and design, streetcar design, roadway design, geotechnical engineering, bridge design, drainage, utility coordination, maintenance of traffic, station layout, platform design and furnishings, traffic engineering, traffic signal design, electrical design, overhead catenary design and maintenance facility design.
